Office Hours:

Monday & Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Appointments

We know that parents work and children attend school and that all our patients have busy, sometimes hectic, schedules. We will do our best to assure that your schedule is interrupted as little as possible. However, please understand that we cannot avoid some school-time and work-time appointments. Your appointments will be scheduled typically 8 weeks in advance – this time is reserved specifically for you! We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. The earlier you call, the more flexibility we will have to accommodate your needs.

Insurance

We currently accept all private care insurance plans along with Met-Life and Delta Dental PPO plans. At your first visit, we will estimate your insurance benefit and will gladly file the original claim for you. We do accept assignment of benefits; however, any amount not paid by the insurance company is the patient’s responsibility.

Payment Plans

In an effort to make orthodontic care available to everyone, we offer several payment options to work within your budget. These include a discount for payment-in-full, an in-house payment plan with down payment and monthly payments, no down payment and no interest options through our partners at Chase Health Advance (see Links for more information). We work hard to help make your new smile affordable!
